6 Steps to Custom Ribbon

 

Choose a Ribbon Material

  • Metallic Foam Laminate: This is the shiniest option. If you want a reflective, metallic ribbon that will dazzle, this is the way to go.

  • High Gloss: This high gloss ribbon packs a punch of color while still giving you some shine.

  • Satin Acetate: This ribbon has a satin-like appearance, while being able to maintain its shape without flopping or wrinkling.

 

Choose a Ribbon Color

Metallic Foam Laminate ribbon is available in:

  • Burgundy, Purple, Emerald, Red, Gold, Hunter, Silver, and Royal Blue

High Gloss ribbon is available in:

  • Red, White, Black, Emerald, Gold, Hunter, Purple, Royal Blue, Rosebloom, Teal, Yellow, and Burgundy

Satin Acetate ribbon is available in:

  • Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Burgundy, Pink, Black, White…

Send us your logo or other design that you would like hot stamped onto your ribbon, and our talented designers will create the pattern to be transferred.

Here are some tips for a successful spool of ribbon:

  • Choose a ribbon width that will accommodate your logo.

    • If you’re not sure what size to choose, you can try sizing your image to the width of the ribbon you are looking at (i.e. 3/4” tall) and determining if it is still readable.

  • Send us a vector image of your logo or design to prevent warping and stretching. (AI files preferred)

 

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Follow the steps above to select your material, ribbon color, stamp color, size, and design.

  2. Call us at (800) 531-3100, email customerservice@inrib.com, or fill out our contact form to get a personalized quote for your project.

  3. We will ask that you send your logo or design to us in EPS, AI, or Adobe PDF format and we will get a proof back to you in about 2-5 business days, depending on the season.

  4. To approve the proof, please sign it and email it back to us and we will get to work on your custom project!

 

MORE INFORMATION

  • Each roll of ribbon is 100 yards.

  • Price is calculated by the number of rolls of custom ribbon.

    • For new customers, there will also be a $75 fee per color for the hot stamping plate set-up. This plate will be kept on file for all future orders.

    • Standard pricing includes printing on one side in one standard color. Printing on two sides, in two or more colors, or in a custom color is extra.

  • Bows are shipped FOB Indiana.

  • Lead Time: MFL and High Gloss ribbon take 7-10 business days once your art has been approved. Satin Acetate takes 10-14 days once your art is approved.

  • Minimum order of 12 rolls does apply. (Please order in multiples of 6, as there are 6 rolls per case.)

  • Art Guidelines: Adobe Illustrator CS4 or lower files are preferred. File Extensions should be EPS or AI. Please convert all fonts to outlines.

  • Custom orders, due to their personalized nature, are subject to running under or over by up to 10%.
