6 Steps to a custom bow

 

Choose a Ribbon Material

  • Metallic Foam Laminate: This is the shiniest option. If you want a reflective, metallic bow that will dazzle, this is the way to go.

  • High Gloss: This high gloss ribbon packs a punch of color while still giving you some shine.

  • Satin Acetate: This ribbon has a satin-like appearance, while being able to maintain its shape without flopping or wrinkling.

 

Choose a Ribbon Color

Metallic Foam Laminate ribbon is available in:

  • Burgundy, Purple, Emerald, Red, Gold, Hunter, Silver, and Royal Blue

High Gloss ribbon is available in:

  • Red, White, Black, Emerald, Gold, Hunter, Purple, Royal Blue, Rosebloom, Teal, Yellow, and Burgundy

Satin Acetate ribbon is available in:

  • Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Burgundy, Pink, Black, White…

Choose a Stamp Color

  • White

  • Silver

  • Royal Blue

  • Gold

  • Green

  • Red

  • Others available upon request

 

Choose a Shape

  • Star Bow: has fewer loops and has more of a pointed look

  • Confetti Bow: has more loops and a rounder look

  • Bottle Bow: is similar to our star or confetti bows, but with the addition of tails

 

Choose a Size

Our most popular sizes are:

  • Star Bow: 4” diameter with 3/4” ribbon

  • Confetti Bow: 4 1/4” diameter with 1/2” ribbon

  • Confetti Bow: 5” diameter with 3/4” ribbon

But we have many sizes of bow and width of ribbon to choose from! If you would like a larger or smaller bow, just give us a call and we would be happy to help you figure out what size bow and ribbon combination is perfect for you.

Please note: Some shape and size combinations are not able to be made, but we will do our best to get as close as possible to your desired look.

Send us your logo or other design that you would like hot stamped onto your bow, and our talented designers will create the pattern to transfer onto a ribbon.

Here are some tips for a successful bow:

  • Choose a ribbon width that will accommodate your logo.

    • If you’re not sure what size to choose, you can try sizing your image to the width of the ribbon you are looking at (i.e. 3/4” tall) and determining if it is still readable.

  • Send us a vector image of your logo or design to prevent warping and stretching. (AI files preferred)

 

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Follow the steps above to select your material, ribbon color, stamp color, shape, size, and design.

  2. Call us at (800) 531-3100, email customerservice@inrib.com, or fill out our contact form to get a personalized quote for your project.

  3. We will ask that you send your logo or design to us in EPS, AI, or Adobe PDF format and we will get a proof back to you in about 2-5 business days, depending on the season.

  4. To approve the proof, please sign it and email it back to us and we will get to work on your custom project!

 

MORE INFORMATION

  • Price is calculated by the number of rolls of custom ribbon required to make the desired number of bows + manufacturing costs.

    • For new customers, there will also be a $75 fee per color for the hot stamping plate set-up. This plate will be kept on file for all future orders.

  • Bows are shipped FOB Indiana.

  • Lead Time: MFL and High Gloss ribbon will have a lower lead time than Satin Acetate.

  • Minimum order does apply.

  • Art Guidelines: Adobe Illustrator files are preferred. File Extensions should be EPS or AI. Please convert all fonts to outlines.

  • Custom orders, due to their personalized nature, are subject to running under or over by up to 10%.
